This Refund Policy governs all refund requests for services provided by YouFixCar Consulting. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

We specialize in digital automotive consultation services. Due to the immediate and intangible nature of expert advice delivery, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting our service model.

Digital services are consumed upon delivery. Once our certified mechanics provide expert advice, the service is considered delivered and consumed.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • No Response: If no expert responds within 72 hours
  • Service Not Provided: Technical failure prevents service delivery
  • Duplicate Payment: Accidental duplicate charges

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Expert advice already delivered
  • Change of mind after receiving consultation
  • Repair outcomes not meeting expectations
  • Failure to implement advice correctly

Repair Outcomes

Dissatisfaction with repair results or vehicle condition after implementing our advice

Implementation Issues

Failure to properly implement expert advice or using incorrect parts/tools

Information Accuracy

Providing incorrect vehicle information leading to different advice than expected

Change of Mind

Deciding you no longer need the service after receiving expert consultation

Digital Service Nature

Our service is delivered immediately upon expert response. Like software downloads, e-books, or digital consultations, once delivered, the service cannot be "returned."

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method

Payment Method Return

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.

Processing Fees

Third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable and deducted from refund amounts.

Service Quality Issues

If you believe the expert advice was incomplete, incorrect, or unprofessional, contact us immediately. We may offer service credit or re-assignment to another expert.

Dispute Resolution

For unresolved disputes, we offer mediation. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in permanent service suspension.

Chargeback Policy

Important: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent ban from our services
  • Reporting to payment processors
  • Potential legal action for fraudulent disputes
